pehle to ye dekhna padega ki apna application number hai wo active hai ki nahi. agar hai to hm dubara try kar sakte hai. or sirf retest ka fee payment karke apply kar sakte hai.

As we know application for dl is processed after a month of ll issuing date .Now there is 25 days gone after issuing ll for mcwg but if i add ll for lmv then is it start from 1 day or have i wait to again 30 days for apllication of dl but i need it as soon as possible bcoz i have a delhi police test which need driving licence
