HOW TO ADD GLOW EFFECT IN DRAWING | GLOW ART DRAWING

In this video, I’ll show you how to add glow effect in drawing. The easiest way is to add the glow effect with digital art. Yes, this is a great method. You can still use the color pencils but this is a cheaper and easier alternative.
