Hi Erin, thanks for your great videos. Recently I moved to a new company. they require to have all PDF documents with a specific header (has the name and company logo) and a footer (just a dark blue line). They supplied us with a template and asked us to update all of our old documents (where applicable) using it as a master page (placing the template as page 1), and then using the same method you explained in your video (update header and footer). This should replace all old header and footer in the old doc with the new ones in the template. I have tried this but it takes a very long time, and eventually, it does not do anything, please help

Thank you for watching! You can't add an editable field using the regular header and footer dialog box. However, you can add an editable field to the header and footer by creating it and then positioning it over that area. For some of the fields, you can then right-click it and select "Duplicate across pages." Best of luck!

Great question! Acrobat doesn't provide a way to add images to headers and footers. However, one workaround is to add a background image positioned in the header or footer area. Hello, thank you for watching my video. Acrobat doesn't offer a way to add an image to the header through the normal header & footer tool.
