its most likely the layers. change all of your ground layers to default. like click on your ground object and set the layer to default

@@adenNaicker Did you add hand tag and make 2 layers called LeftHand and RightHand? once you did all that create a layer that is the exact spelling of the hit sounds. also make sure you have a sphere collider to 0.06

Delete the hitsoundsV2 folder and then reimport it (Worked for me I had the same issue)
