Thank you so much! Works perfectly on PC too! Go to C > Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center. In my case the .xml file had the correct SNPID number but still wasn't appearing in kontakt 6, so I did the copy/past/rename trick and IT WORKS! Thank you so much for you video. 🙏🙏🙏

Thanks a lo man, you've helped a lot of people! For those windows users follow this route to find the file: C > Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center. In my case I had to copy and paste since the SNPIC was exactly the same and Kontakt didn't recognize it still. So, what worked for me was copying everything in the ".nicnt" file to the ".XML" file, it has to be exactly the same with spaces and everything in the file so kontakt can recognize it. Enjoy!

This is an amazing tutorial. I use windows and this also works for windows. The Service Center folder containing the .xml files is located in "C:/Program Files/Common Files/Native Instruments/Service Center". Cheers!

Hd/library/application support/native instrument/service center if you don't see it download and install native access and launch it once, that will create the folder
