I still have a problem at "Please ensure Track's Publishing Lyricist" I already do it right but still have a problem. I think Routenote must fix their system to make it simple and easy. But this is very very complicated.

Yo la verdad les recomendaria que usen otra distribuidora ya que yo llevo 16 días esperando a que aprueben mi lanzamiento y no me dan ninguna respuesta tampoco en soporte y antes de que salgan con sus comentarios está en REVISION no me aparece ninguna acción requerida, voy a esperar a ver si lo suben para luego pedirles un ticket para borrarla y una vez este borrada y no aparezca en ninguna plataforma (ojala) me cambio de distribuidora pero viendo lo que se demoran esto me va a tomar al menos 3 meses por eso si quieres evitarte esto usa otra distribuidora desde el principio yo como persona te lo digo enserio NO LA RECOMIENDO!

Hi I have requested a OAC upgrade for my channel but they say channels that curate other artist's music (i.e. remixes) or multi-artist channels are not eligible for an OAC upgrade. Apologies for this so if that so how can I get an official artist channel for my KZbin channel please tell me if there other way to get OAC upgrade thank you

Hello Routenote! Unfortunately after 3 years using this service, I had a problem on uploading audio that stuck at around 0.85 MB... I already tried to clear cache, restart chrome, even restart PC, or even use another device, still the same problem persists. Any help would be appreciated!

Hey, We've recently made some amendments to the site which may have caused cached versions to interfere with your dashboard. Have you tried clearing your cache and browsing history?
