Why is there a button that says 'share' that lets you share it on pinterest? It doesn't seem to work because it never includes the audio!

HELP! I have made my pin pinterest template on Canva, and yes it is my own, and I posted it on my pinterest perfectly fine, but it will not load no matter what. Idk how to get it to work, does anyone know how to fix it? I have uploaded it 3 times now but none of them will load, it is my first time using canva so idk exactly what I'm doing.
