How to add new keyfob remote to Neco remote roller garage door controller

Just used this video to help me with my new fob and it worked perfectly. I will add though that you don’t have to program all the buttons on the fob, you only need to do one and they will all work. You are linking the fob to the remote unit, not programming the individual buttons.

Any idea how to sort out the garage door, only opens halfway then stops then can only go down? Any way to reset the door?

Hi I've got similar box I need to set up it's bit older than the one shown and has little blue box with 4 switches on,nothing happens when I switch these except number 3 switch makes the main red led flash like crazy,any thoughts?!

how do you know what order to programme the buttons i.e. does the unit learn up first, then down etc. Also, i was looking to add smart funcionality. My NECO has already learnt two fobs that I tried to store on my broadlink RF universal remote without any luck. Trying to control the NECO with smart home integration, anyone managed to do that?
