Dear Microsoft, it seems I can't log in to my Microsoft account, it says that Microsoft doesn't recognize my email. I bought a new phonr, and I wanted to play Minecraft with my Microsoft account, when I logged in, Microsoft didn't recognize this email at all, as if the account had been deleted. So I checked it with my old phone, and yes, the email account was there, but I logged out myself, and when I logged in with my old cellphone, it said that this email didn't exist. I have Minecraft Java for PC, if I can't enter my Microsoft Account, then I can't play Minecraft Java anymore, Minecraft is expensive, please help.

Hello Microsoft, I cant receive Skype notification in my cell phone Android. I just see the messages when I enter in my Skype for Desktop. I am losing imortant messages because I cant receive notification. Could you help me? Thank you so much!

Thank you for the additional information. There are some instances when your Skype is newly updated, and some features don't work as it applied the new features from the update. You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Remove Skype from your background apps. This step may vary on the device you use. Background apps can be accessed by holding the Home or Menu button on the phone. You can also try using a cleaner that comes with the device. 2. Try signing out and sign back in to the account. 3. Check Skype settings for notifications. 4. Go to your phone Settings > Apps > Skype > Notifications > Make sure that notifications, badges or any notification settings are enabled. This step may also vary with the phone you use. We'll be here if you need additional help.

@@MicrosoftCustomerSupport Hello Microsoft Team! Thank you to getting back to me. I had to uninstall and install Skype again and seems now is working. I am receiving the notifications back. I also checked all the steps you asked me above to make sure the notifications are activated at the app and in my cell phone. I am so relief! Thank you so much for your attention and your help. @@MicrosoftCustomerSupport I try it one more 1.Probably not 2.I cant say it exactly, cause KZbin Will delete the comment, it just says that the email does not exist 3.Probably not 4.it was around day 21? Month 6 2024 5.There are none I still have the account on my Microsoft store, yes it was changed, but i cant type it here, cause it Will get delete, the only game paid i have on that account is Minecraft, just for proof.

Olá amigo! Eu estava com o mesmo problema. Consegui receber o código pelo celular, ao desativar o wifi e ativar os dados móveis ( pedir o código usando os dados móveis, não o wifi). Daí vc recebe o código e desbloqueia as contas. Abraços.
