I log in to my cloud p2p account and can view live cameras. but when I try to search Data Retrieval, (Licence plate), It wont let me expend cloud device to see cameras. what can I do to select the licence plate camera?

min, di cctv saya kok hanya ada p2p cloud ya, untuk pilihan hik connect tidak ada. jadi saat saya login di aplikasi malah hanya ada 1 cctv yang bisa terkoneksi, lainnya tidak. dengan keterangan gagal menyambungkan.
