nice tutorial! What if the body is of type rich text (images, bold characters, headings, hyperlinks) how with that be sent over to send grid?

In the templates section in sendgrid design your email template however you want (including rich text styles) and it will be sent in the same way that it looks on your screen while designing!

I have noticed quite a few bugs with the multiline input. Exit the builder and try again. Does the problem still persist?

Hello @Aanya, Thank you for this video. I have a question, should the Sendgrid account be fully configured, because I am following the same step as you showed us but I do not receive any email.

Mine was not fully configured and it still worked. Make sure the email you are sending the emails from in the Bubble.io workflow is the same email that you made the sendgrid account with.

@@originalstrokes when you say same email. are you referring to the email used in Single Sender Verification in sendgrid? or the email used to make the sendgrid account?
