hey, i think you should be more specific. this maybe is just for me but i usually use capcut so im not sure how go edit the effect in the middle. if you could show the video as a real vid and not short to elaborate more and go at a slow pace, thzt would be fine. also if you could be more specific instead of just saying “high frequency” because mine didnt end up as yours.
