I want to know if you can get say an internal site searched page indexed on a site thats doesn't that you dont own ???

Hey thanks for your comment - you can't influence the indexing of sites you don't own or have admin access to. Search engines don't usually index internal search results pages because they are dynamic and changing all the time.
