Hi there! I just purchased the Perpetual subscription. Though, when I open my video to use the Automated Subtitles, a error pop up appears: "Information retrieval faiiled. Please check your internet connection." My internet works perfectly! What's going on?

I like uniconverter very much and the price for the basic plan is very reasonable. But please be transparent and mention that the price for the automatic subtitles is $4.99/hour. I am thinking about it, but at least the free version should provide a free trial for the autocaptions, which it doesn't.

This program is the WORST omg. I bought the program and the hours and WHAT a waste. It get almost everything wrong even when using a professional mic. I have people reading actual childrens books and it can barely make out what they are saying. and trying to edit the mistakes are also a hassle. The interface is VERY glitchy. Don't waste your time or money on this

It literally would have been faster to do it manually. Now its missing phrases altogether and saying that there IS already a subtitle when there isn't. So now I can't finish my first video because the program is so glitchy

with this subtitle editor function, you can add the captions or edit them. it may have some error because of AI recognition, but can help to improve efficiency indeed.

Unfortunately I bought the full.plan but you need to pay extra money to generate auto subtitles, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, NEED A REFUND
