Sorry for the inconvenience. I just uploaded the video before verifying the name addition to the birth certificate. my submission got failed. The birth certificate generation process will take around 15-20 days.. if still not generated you will get this error.

Bro unga area corporation office la neenga initiate panuna child birth certificate process ena status la irukunu kelunga. Status poruthu decide panunga. Online process la edhum issue na corporation office laye form fill pani kudurunga kandippa certificate vandhurum.

There is no option to check online. You can go to the nearby corporation office to check the current status. If there is any issue with the online process, you can fill the form in the corporation office for an offline process.
