+Gawsome You can set the keys programmatically if you make an installer or on first run, I suggest simply googling for how to do that. If you are using an installer creator tool, they have the option for creating registry keys as well.

Kálmán Roland In this case here the app needs admin permissions. But you can also go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes to do it without a need of admin permissions.
