How to Adjust Headlights on 2021 Sportsman 570

Adjusting the pod light is very simple and obvious. Adjusting the main headlights is not as clear......until you watch this video.

The ones with LED light housing from factory have the adjustment screw under the fender, on outside of the lamp housing where the ones with halogen housing have the screw apparently on inner side of the housing as seen by your video.

Where were you a few weeks ago?!? Ha I messed around forever trying to find that, I had the wrong angle and finally got it. They definitely needed to be lowered on my 570 Trail. Keep the vids coming!

Thanks for this. I've got a 2022 570 and the manual is completely wrong, even complete with an incorrect diagram and hardware description, about how to adjust the headlights. for some reason my dealer didn't do it when they set up the machine. I'm a pretty mechanical guy, work on all my own vehicles, but I couldn't figure this one out for the life of me.

You actually loosen the t20, manually tilt the headlamp to where you want it, then snug it back down, atleast on my 24. Found out the hard way as mine wouldn't adjust enough down by loosening it like in this video and the bolt came loose and fell out on the trails

I've turned mine as far to the right as they'll go (I have the halo upgrade) any they still point to the sky

I’m sorry I don’t have a specific answer for you, but if you back the screw out from the other light and take it with you to an auto parts store or Home Depot/Lowes I’ll bet they can match it for you.

Press your positive cable down, it looks like it’s keeping the cover from closing all the way

Thank you Jody. I had the same observation as you just a month ago. I’ve made sure all cables are level or under the front rack now, but no joy. This rack just doesn’t close tightly. Some guys online have added additional clamps. I might do the same, or just accept water in my “dry” storage. Otherwise I enjoy this machine.
