If you scan a triple tray impression and the bite is off are you better off making a regular stone model work correct the bite then scan or can the centric bite be fix digitally?

There is no better way to do it. Just what you are most comfortable doing. With enough practice adjusting the bite digitally and know what to look for is very easy. Also scaning the stone cast and importing the bite take about 2 minutes, so its whatever works best for your work flow
