Do you have aftermarket motor? Usually if you get more power in reverse then you need to flip two of the motor wires. And then invert your transmitter throttle setting. That should get you full power in front direction.

Ah mate, I was hoping to see how the slipper adjustment was done! Can't seem to find any videos on it!
@STEVOD3135 жыл бұрын
Ya its not like the brushed version were u use the red tool provided n just roll the wheels, this one I had to use my hex driver n turn it in which direction u want, loosen or tighten, its a bit tight if u have ran it cus of the debris, but ya usually rule of thumb is tighten fully n back it off 1-1.5 turns
@TeamJelen5 жыл бұрын

Try using a allan wrench or hex driver, u can use thee allan n roll the truck frontwards n backwards n it might break free, the factory uses strong lock tight on those screws so if u hit it with some heat from like a blow dryer n then try to loosen it, it might work cus the heat softens the locktight up

Hey bud. I just subscribed! I think you are extremely helpful in you're videos and would love to see if you could help me out with the problem I am having with my Arrma Big Rock crew cab. Got it brand new about a week ago from my local hobby store. I also picked up 2) Lectron Pro Lipo 11.1v 5200mAh 50c 3S batteries and a charger from them. I stopped by the store and got 4) AA Energizer MAX batteries for the radio. Got home charged up both lipos and WOW! Super fast, Great battery ride time. Everything was working how it should. After 5 runs on each lipo (2-3 days later) it would all of a sudden lose almost all power and slowly move for a few feet and then completely stop. Like the battery died. So I changed batteries and ran great for a minute or two and same thing happen. So I turned it off and back on. Ran perfect for 1-3 mins and same thing. Lost power (just throttle response) Same thing on both batteries. Took it back to the hobby store they couldn't figure it out. They tested all my batteries (both lipos and radios) all tested perfect. So they put in a brand new ECS for free Very nice of them. Took it back home and the same thing happen. I was not happy. Went back to the hobby store. I was starting to get really pissed off! Just spent $500+ for a rc that would only run for 1-3 mins. So they changed out the motor with a new one said this will fix it for sure now. Also for free. Well guess what.. it didn't fix it and the store was closed at this time and I was so pissed. Is there anything you could help me figure out what/why it was doing that? I have also heard that someone else was having the same problems. I have video of it happening so I can show what I'm talking about if needed. Please help! Thank you!
@STEVOD3134 жыл бұрын
Wow thats crazy, I would of thought a new esc would fix it but i'm now wondering if the receiver or transmitter is bad. U can always try to set ur endpoints on ur esc, but if its still acting up its got to be a bad receiver IMO also make sure all the receiver ports r plugged in right n tight, the reason I think its the receiver is u got a new esc (which always should have endpoints done before first run) a new motor, theres really nothing else it could be, I hope this helps u and u get it up n running again soon, its a really fun truck!

STEVO D 313 question bro. The slipper Comes with red lock tight on the back/ end of the slipper screw. Mine just keeps coming loose from half turn out and one battery pack and the slipper is all of the sudden out 2 plus turns out. What is causing this. Is it the fact the bolt is just spinning out. I took the clutch out and had a hard time getting the red lock tight off of the end of the slipper screw. Luckily it came apart without a hitch and I used the same method just MORE lock tight to help keep the screw at its proper 0.5 turns out. To 3/4 turns out. Is that the only thing to do. Any help is Epic help. Thanks man. Keep it real Brutha 👊😎❤️

@@rcsendandblast1579 Thats weird, r u waiting long enough for the lock tight to set? If u run it before the lock tight is dry n set its not gonna work, The only thing I could think u could do is use Blue lock tight, dont put to much or it wont set up correctly, just some over the slippper bolt, id just cover the threads, put the nut back on, tighten full n backout a quarter turn, then dont run it, just let it sit n set up for at least 24 hours until its set n then try it n see what happends. Im confused on why else it would be backing off besides the locktight not setting n make sure u use the BLUE lock tight. Hopefully this helps n works, keep me updated bro

STEVO D 313 Did the lock tight last night and won't run the truck until tomorrow to give it time to set up. For sure my friend a update will come as soon as one is available. Thanks for your time. Your time is Gold Have a wonderful day Brutha 👊😎🤘👍✌️
