How to adjust tps on 2017 fx350

Here’s my video on how to adjust your tps with out special tools on Husqvarna or ktm. Didn’t really change anything so I don’t recommend messing with tps. But if wanna know here ya go

I have an 18 fx350 same issue. I like the screw driver trick for the TPS movement. I have mine to a seldom flame out when warm. High idle and high TPS seems to be the only solution. I have the ECU flash and all the fuel system upgrades from Best Dual Sport.

Hmmm interesting. I was talking to twisted development who did my flash and sounds like they can add more fuel during the off throttle which may help. But I’m going to replace my main fuel filter and inspect it for any issues

@@Dutters.dirtbikes I have a similar problem on my 2017, 350 excf it was stalling out at low idle and and flaming out when throttling in 1st and 2nd gear. I had it stored for 12 months and thought it was bad fuel so I changed both fuel filters yesterday and it came good . It flamed out a couple of times on my ride today but was ok to ride then I hit a puddle and it started playing up badly again. I will look at the tps and try fix the problem Thanks for the video

@@geoffconnor6723 I thought I had it fixed until I rode in Nevada and the bike kept flaming out on my video. At lower elevations I’d say it’s fixed but at 6000 ft is was having issues. So I’m thinking the map sensor is being funny or twisted development needs to try mapping my bike again

For flameouts, try also going down on the TPS. Flameouts are often from being too rich. Double check the idle speed too, idle too low will definitely cause flameouts. I'm sorry if this posted multiple times, youtube keeps giving me an error.

Yep I already have my idle high. And it’s definitely from it being to lean because it get worse on cold days and high elevations. But I’m going to try a vortex ecu next and will make a updated video
