Hello Bro, I have a question. I have a BMW E60 (2005 pre lci) M57 525/530D) it is a N25D but I have the turbo charger of the 530D with 160 kw. Recently I have done a remaping + dpf out/off and egr off. It is stage 1 so nothing to much. It went good for 4 month. Last week I got the error code 41A2 ( boost pressure actuator open circuit) when I start the car it runs good for a few minutes, than it goes to safe mode every time. the mechanics said it is the actuator. It works than it stop working, another mechanic says it is the geometry of the turbo charger. So do you experienced something similar or do you have an idea? Thanks in advance! Did you do dyno test after doing stage 1? Does your car have any smoke? (If it does what type of color is the smoke). Geometry of turbo charger shouldn't be an issue if everything is done properly. Try visiting mechanic who done tuning to ur car. It's acutator 90% in my opinion. (Haha pozdrav brate! 😎)

@@bossm5returns Hi thanks for fast reply, yes it smokes but because dpf is out and off ( izvadjen sac i iskljucen softver) the smoke is more like black because of the particles. ( Sutra cu vidjeti, pitam jer necu da me oderu :) Srecno Brate i hvala - thanks bro
