With one hand hold wiper arm at outer end then lift up simultaneously grab the center of the arm with the other hand and pull up till u arch the wiper don't worry the arm won't get damaged in the process check wiper operation if necessary repeat the process never fails

By far the best and quickest video I've come across. My wiper arm has been bent for almost a year. Leaving me at a standstill each time it rained. Even took my car to a auto shop and they told me it had to be replaced. Went straight outside after this 25 second video and it took me even less time to get my wiper running like new. 💯💯💯

Arty, you're right. After two sets of new blades I shined a flashlight behind the blade and I could see a gap and am able to slide a piece of paper under part of the blade. I bent the arm just a little as you'd shown and now they are perfect. I hope folks follow you're instructions before copying my error of buying new blades needlessly. Bending is a cure to eliminate streaking while wipers are supposed to remove all the water. It's such a relief to eliminate the annoying water trails.

Great video - straight to the point. Strangely, I tried this method on a Peugeot 307 and it made the problem worse...so I tried bending the arm the other way, to make the blade lay flatter on the glass and as you say "Boom!" Fixed! 👍😊

Windshield wiper blades are such bullshit. Tried two different kinds of wipers, one type was scratching and other was not sitting right. This out of all the videos and articles i have read... this video fixed everything. I mean how much bullshit people have to write about every other issue, but this. For me it was not that obvious neither, that bendable metal was hidden under a plastic trim which was scary to take off.. I had to bend that plastic to even access the hook and when i did it couple of times it popped right off and i noticed i can bend it to adjust.. fucking hell mate! Thanks!

Man I was about to shatter my windshield out of frustration. Installed new wiper arms and blades but they hovered over window and I was not about to take off and reinstalled. This worked instantly. I spit on my windshield after it was all said and done tho.
