Yeah sir there's alot off kitten that needs a family, but in my hometown cat adoption is not a thing that you need to process alot of paper stuff. In my hometown if you're neighbor give you the kittens then that it's yours if you accept the kitty cat

Hi darling 😀 True. In most locations, you can simply give a kitten to someone. Simple. But in the US, there are so many cats that need to be comtrolled in population 😮 They just want to make sure the cats go to right caring home 💛 Thank you my friend❗️
