Not really important questions (and please don't get me wrong - I am not nitpicking, I'm just really curious because you obviously have WAY more know-how than me): but I wonder why you duplicate clips and then consolidate them (piano chord building) - considering you already have made an empty 4 bar clip in the beginning and could just select and duplicate the chords in piano roll view. Is this because you are either used to or using a trackpad (and drag selecting not being as easy as with a mouse)? Also why are you splitting the final clip again, consolidate and then doing "legato" to double the length - instead of just selecting the clip and pressing the *2 button next to the stretch dial, which does the same thing with 1 click? I know this is not a race but from my amateur perspective it feels like doing unnecessary extra steps, and I am not experienced enough to tell if there is a purpose for this workflow.
