How to AI Animate any Character or Drawing

You can easily create an AI generated animation from either a drawing, sketch, or an internet character, for free.
Animated Drawings link: sketch.metadem...
1: Visit the Animated Drawing site.
2: Draw and upload any character of your choosing! Just make sure the arms and legs don't overlap the body otherwise the AI Animated character won't work.
3: Ensure the area covers your entire character. The Ai will generate a mask, pencil in any missing parts, or erase any parts that you don't want animated.
4: Edit the dots (joints) so that the AI knows how your character should be animated!

That's cool. But. I am searching ( for a long time now ) how do we do this but manually, what software should we use to do this ( I mean create a skeleton for a character and then make it move ). Because here we are restrected with pre-created movements and dances. But what if I want to make a animation were I choose exactly the movements of my character ?
