So, I’m curious, when do you actually pick up your sights in your peripheral vision…the last 10% of movement or prior to that?

Good question. I wonder why he wouldn't have the sights at eye level way before he's extended. You can always fire (if you have to) before you're fully extended when your sights are at eye level.
