Keeping hips locked and stable instead of trying to swing is a very useful tip. Very nice tutorial

Always keep back arched....thanks

so i have to ask when your about to throw like when your facing away from the ground, are you kinda of leaning back? the only reason i'm asking is because when doing winmills.. like i'm leaning back hard to keep my head as close to the ground as possible obviously to keep my upper body below my hips
Thank you!! better helping materials are coming sir.

How can I avoid doing my High Airflare in the straight line?

Very detailed video. Congrats! One question: since I'm a begginer at airflare (thus I'm scaried as hell), would you suggest throwing it on grass or tatami?
@seita14734 жыл бұрын
Yes I learned it on tatami n spring floor!

Thank you for the tutorial. This different approach really is interesting! some points helped me. Question: my left leg (actually both of them) drop, after I jump. how do you hold your lower body (hip and legs) high? is it muscles? is it a point of balance? or something els..

I don't really feel my throwing arm while doing it. Can't keep it straight. I can do one airflare from handstand position but not from a standing position. Any tips? Clockwise btw. so like you do.
