​​@@KreminIncManufacturingCheck out the ANX. the interface is reaaally familar with the cincoms. You can even program some code usually unique to mitsubishi on that fanuc machine (Machine pattern, !1!3 L1 wait marks, S1=2222 spindle speed...) Or go straight to a mitsubishi Miyano.

I'm an old guy...I remember the old "NC" machines and mylar and paper tapes. I admire the contributions of the Germans and the Swiss to the art and science of machining...the German heritage of Cincinnati, Ohio. Robotics were born there and the concepts of CNC machining. Cincinnati Milacron birthed the concepts of additive machining as well. An old southern man acknowledges the German soul in the progress of mankind... the lathes...the mills...the greatest extensions of human hands.

Nice demonstration, I've also done an alignment on citizens, M32V turret, like you say Main spindle and guide bush need to be spot on, then the sub relationship to the headstock on the main spindle guide bush. Then you can imagine the centerline through the machine. As a quick guide for the other stations, if you go from the upper gang T45 clock that in. What ever shift allowance is hence DIA and CORE will be moved the same amount to 44,43,42,41 these machines are great, but the guide bush is known to throw out the root cause, and dissecting this is mandator and does require patience and time. I worked on sliding heads for about 15 years from 2006.
