as i am watching this, my father just came in the room and said what the hell are you watching, then said some racial things. i am torn, to ignore him or to reason. i can not figure out. Sadhguru just said "to do what ever the hell i want" i choose to accept his beleifes as his own but to not let it effect my current mood, i chose to continue enjoing the words of Sadhguru

This was an idiotic advice from Sadhguru by telling us we have limited amount of time here on earth and yet he says go ahead do whatever the hell you want and be an aimless wonderer.
@TheRealUnknown01
@TheRealUnknown01 4 жыл бұрын
@@DivineTrueGod i dont think that is exactly what he meant, although in the end the meaning of what someone says is boiled down to perception. you take the words too literal, basically hes saying to not let your thoughts limit what you get to experiance from life, dont hold yourself back. if you want to do something, see a place, experience something new, then go for it. bringing your dreams to reality, materalizing the life you want by putting action into it. atleast, that is how I perceive what was said. you, may see something different than i.

ThaRealUnknown My dad is also kind of racist. He’s Dominican and he hates Haitians. He’s more of a nationalist, thought he’s all for others immigrating to America... it’s weird. Either way, it’s a hard road to walk, specially when it’s your father. However what always helps me is to focus on something else. You were able to do just that by enjoying Sadhguru’s words. Choose happiness for yourself. Humans have the ability to make choices. Choose happiness man.

Sadhguru aside, to all you beautiful souls in the comments section: Sometimes stupid decisions that I made/bad events that happened to me turnt out to be the BEST things that happened to me. It’s so comforting for me personally to know that failing (within legal boundaries lol) can be GREAT things. And reversely getting what I wanted also led to disastrous consequences

If you were to READ what he says i.e. NO visual or aural appearances of 'wise Indian guru' stuff or 'calm pleasant' voice, WOULD YOU actually be so impressed with his advice?? When I do this, I am not.

Such a trap we set for ourselves at times right? I can remember when i was looking for a job, and i thought 'yes, once i find a job then i will be much more satisfied, because i am making better use of myself, and others will think of me more highly!". Got a job, and after a year, i found myself dissatisfied, ungrateful and miserable. I learned very quickly, that no amount of external anything will give life, if you don't know the life that is you first. Once I realized i am the very life worth living, it matters not what "purpose" or "job", or even "I"dentity - only be totally present and life will meet whatever you are.

In other words - pay full attention. It is connecting with the present moment and making a habit out of it. And when you pay full attention, you will also be aware whether 'it works or not' - which is nothing but whether I moved towards my desire or not. In a way, you are always progressing towards your desires - either visibly positively, or adjusting (learning) from each and every action, interaction.

“Being responsible is taking ownership of your life. It means you have taken the first radical step to becoming a complete human being-fully conscious and fully human. In taking responsibility and beginning the journey toward conscious living, you are putting an end to the age-old patterns of assigning blame outward or heavenward. You have begun the greatest adventure life has to offer: the voyage inward.” ― Sadhguru, Inner Engineering: A Yogi's Guide to Joy

Sit quietly, in a safe sanctuary. Close your eyes and pray! Repeat daily, be clean first rays of the Sun. Wait patiently for an answer, and one will be given...God is subtle and speaks silently on the wind in fire, water, air and Earth through animals through people. On Earth any success will come through other people in vo opration. Success is what every people dreams of! Nothing spiritual about being poor nor is there anything to be proud of being rich!! What use is money and other materials? When your body rots to maggots? Where will your Souls be, tomorrow???🤔..Sadhguru is a lovely man, lovely man👍👍👍

It is not what you do but how you do...How you do??...with total involvement with whatever you are doing without any attachment to it...if you feel burdened just be conscious of the feeling and you can choose to let go of it or stop doing without resentment...most important is DO NOT IDENTIFY YOURSELF with what you are doing...give full attention, involvement+gratefullness then you'll see you are living the momen t regardless of any situation or work you are in 😊
