What fps do you suggest and what fps did you use to make this awesome animation

For this animation I used 24 fps. If you are a beginner u can also start with 12,16 or 20 fps. But usually animations are made with 24fps. But in alot of scene u use one frame twice

Ya know, I was thinking about this and wondering, how do you make the camera focus on the top stick figure? You know, how u did with your stone vs fire video, where the red stick figure tried to punch the black stick figure and the camera was looking at the bottom.
