I've only attached Project File in descriptions, and a script file. In the video I've demonstrated how to use a script file. You don't have to search presets folder

For eye blinking i would recommend liquify, puppet tool doesn't have too much control over fine edges.

Yes you can do it, from the Controller layer you'll be able to adjust it's speed, frequency and the power of the movement
