Hey there! It's probably because the scene to which you are trying to add voiceover might be of 3 seconds. You can fix that by increasing the duration of the scene. Actually our customer support is active 24*7. Mail us at [e-mail]. Our support team will reach you back right away :)

All the elements inside Animaker are copyright-free. But if you are uploading your own media files inside Animaker while creating your project just make sure they are also copyright-free to use.

I guess you might have used more assets than the allowed limit under the free plan. In this case, to download the video, you can remove the extra assets in the video or subscribe to any of the paid plans to enjoy more benefits. As a part of the update we have made some changes to the app. The item menu which used to appear along with an element has been moved to the place above the workspace.
