After waiting for 9 years, my interview is scheduled on the 22nd, 2024. I’m a little nervous but I don’t know about what. This is going to be the first experience I’ll be having. I’m fluent in English and I understand every single word you said. I still wanna be helped. I’ll watch this video for 100 times until I remember all the tips.

@ The letter didn’t deny my asylum for it says “this is not a denial” in highlighted words; however, because of my address, they didn’t grant me asylum neither. My lawyer told me the immigration didn’t say anything negative about your case and also told me to switch my ID back to New York.

@@susanhedberg6018 Good question. Asylum officers are working full force to clear up the backlog. Interviews get scheduled every day and more than ever before. It is just the backlog is too large and there are too many new applicants as well. We got some interviews for some of our clients who filed in 2014-2015. But is does not mean that they are at 2015 or 2016. Some cases get scheduled earlier and some chaotically and randomly. We will make a new video about all this answering this question. Stay tuned. Person file asylum put all family members names in form I-589, but family members we’re overseas. Subject went and did their biometric solo. Later husband and kids come to US on B2; Does husband need to file his own i-589??
