You can find it here: www.speakconfidentenglish.com/confident-job-interview-course/masterclass-join/ You've definitely got a strong start here! You've provided a big picture view of your background/experience as well as what your future goals are and why this particular position is of interest. One recommendation would be to remove language that casts doubt. For example, I see, "... I tend to focus on..." The words "tend to" suggest that this isn't always what your focus is. If you eliminate those words, it makes your statement stronger and suggests that this is consistently your top priority.
