Lightings fine !!! Looking good in your scrubs.... great advice - I have worked out a personal story as you've suggested .... I'm sure everyone knows someone who has received care especially due to the pandemic and can reflect on their experience and why they were wowed !!!!

Thanks Mohammed! Yes, I definitely agree with you on that one, it's difficult to have experiences like that but it's always good to reflect on them :) I hope you're safe and well, all the best!

Hllo Can you help how to answer this question. One of your close friend does not want to put his father in the hospital. Because he knows that the final output is death. What would you suggest your friend.
@hannahbourner78662 жыл бұрын
I'd say this is a difficult scenario but it would be worth talking to the close friend in a calm, empathetic manner regarding the situation. It's definitely worth exploring why exactly they believe the final outcome is death and how their father is coping at the moment. As a close friend, it's important to comfort them and support them but, at the same time, it's important to encourage them to seek help in the case where the father is really ill. I'd also say that I wouldn't force them into taking their father to hospital but, perhaps, offer contact information of the local GP etc. and encourage him to reach out for a professional opinion regarding his father's condition. If this were a role play station, I’m sure information will be revealed by the actor about how they know the final outcome is death and how they feel generally. In this case, the main thing the interviewers are looking out for are that you are empathetic, caring and you communicate well. Hope this helps!

Hii Can i also add these points in above question If my friend needs financial support.i will help him as much as i can do
@hannahbourner78662 жыл бұрын
@@rupinderkaur8458 I’d say it’s a valid point but rather than specifying finances as such, as long as you say you’ll help them in any way you can to the best of your ability, that should be enough :) just show that you are a caring and empathetic individual!

Can your answer me this question also 56 years old women who has brain damage problem and her family members want her to put in the nursing home but she wants to go back to home.Discuss options and issyes surrounding option.
@hannahbourner78662 жыл бұрын
This is similar to the previous question you asked in that there’s not much information to go off but the main thing is to explore why the family wants her in a care home and why she wants to stay home. What could be likely is, due to her brain damage, she’s unable to be independent and take care of herself so her family may feel it’s best for her to be in a care home where she can be well looked after in a safe place. The options you could discuss are whether the family and the woman can agree on a compromise e.g. she can stay at home as long as she agrees to a carer etc. The main thing really is to explain to the woman why it’s a good idea to stay in the care home for her safety and wellbeing. Also, if the woman doesn’t have capacity, it may be in her best interests to stay in a care home so it’s worth discussing that too :)
