Hey, I received a rejection for point #10 and have appealed it, with good SOP, notary to clear my intentions and supporting letter from my university but I haven't received any response from the embassy yet. Do you think there might be an interview?

Hi, when you write the appeal letter did you write to consulate General or Ministry of external affairs? And how long does it take to get the visa after the appeal. Btw thank you for the informative video👍

You just write an appeal letter and give new documents not that y have given already. And in 2 weeks you can get reply.

On 25th Oct I got the rejection stating point 12 and 10, point 12 means I didn't submit my admission letter original.... So I appeal with the original letter now they have marked point 3 (which is Financial insufficiency) , and some strange point like 76 or 7b saying that i have given false information in my application and false documents has been submitted all these kind of no sense making stuffs) The probable reason I guess , I dont have RAC authentication in my marksheet and degree certificate instead I had delhi SDM.... in appostile , they make it mandatory the RAC authentication on 12th of Aug. I already mentioned that in my cover letter. So why they didn't bring this up in the first stage where I could atleast address the issue and clarify. I got 5 offers from different places , two from poland itself.... Am devastated

I think you know all the causes and effects it is very rare when someone knows this much. I will just say take this as lesson and just consider moving to different country. Poland is super strict for now. You gave one chance from their checklist(wishlist/ recipe) they will make sure that precisely every time. Wish you good luck man. Bhai just a write a good letter of appeal and submit with any documents that you thing is additional to support the statements that you will comeback. And under 14 days you have to apply. Just go to embassy directly.
