I am from Pune and went to post office and asked him about the documents needed to create Bal aadhar for my 2 year old kid as school is asking for aadhar or enrollment number. He said at first your photo on the aadhar needs to be update. Come at 9 am in the morning and get the form to change your photo on the aadhar and then we will give you the date and the time to come and submit the form . once your photo will be changed on the aadhar then only your kid aadhar will form will be filled. Didnt get the logic of it. completely Pathetic Rules.
