I also did the same and most of people do the same that's why you need to submit your first hotel where you are going to stay. Other one you can carry with you in print so that they will ask at immigration you show other hotel bookings.

Hi the size of photo is not mentioned while applying for e visa. It only shows size as 400 x 600 pix and no size in cm like 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm. Please let me know the size since the studio is asking for the same what is the exact size

Is this 90 days validity is for arrival to Bali or including departure too?

90 days validity with 30 days stay duration. For if your visa is issued on 1st July then validity starts from 1st July to next 90 days. Means in next 90 Days you can visit Bali anytime but stay duration is different when you arrive on Bali airport for example if you arrived on 10th July then your stay period will start from 10th July to next 30 days.
