If you have really dry lips, let the extra layer stay instead of wiping it off. Just dab v gently. Cuz if you've dry lips, your lips are gonna need that extra moisturisation otherwise it ends up cracking.

Lip scrub isn't even needed. You just need vaseline,apply it for at least 5 mins, then scrub it. Tadaaa your lips are soft and no flakes.
