It not that simple i applied in the same way as described in the vedio....i am a prc holder born and brought up in j&k.. i also clicked on the same check box which says " pcr holder" and i uploaded my state subject certificate. ........i wish i could post a screen shot of the reply i got after one day from JK e governance team ... i will type exactly wht i got in my mail..... your aplication DOM/*****/DATE **** has been sent back . kindly update the application... Reason deficiency needs to be updated " ration card, marital status certificate, aadhar card and present electoral roll to be attached in addition to all this deficiencies my brother got a deficiency of afadavit and non migrant certificate.. i posted in the grivience box and raised a ticket regarding this issue.. i posted the griveance as why do i need to upload all these certificates while i am a geniuine PRC holder for last 29 years. .....Govt is simply fooling the public.. non of the ppl who applied in the same way as shown in this vedio got domicile certificate... update .. even aftr two days no reply to my grievience and my application itself was rejected.. now i again forced to run to tehsil...

I have permanent residence certificate from Srinagar 10th certificate, BSc from Srinagar, MSc certificate from Srinagar I have lived there from 1958 to 1982.
