in case of indian passport renew in canada should we carry matriculation certificate in BLS center or not (in case of non ecr ) Please reply Sir i am student so i want to renew my passport .

no need of matriculation certificate only old passpot, canada address proof and indian address proof with passport size photograph thats all needed. Oh dont forget to print application.

Hi. I'm just wondering if I should paste a physical 2×2 photograph on the Online Application for or if I can put the picture digitally and then take a print out? They also asked for 2 photographs so if I paste a photo on application form is this included with the one on application form or 2 photos excluding it? Can you please reply ASAP? Thanks

you need to past photo on application. I have used the same. Printing wont be good options. Also make sure BLS has reputation of returning application and to avoid that better do this way

just make a cover note stating the same reason, one of my friend did the same. His passport was about to expire in 1 year and he was applying for PR so he made a new passport request under this change in appearance and mentioned that he changed his look like beard and hair cut. and then requested new passport and he received one shortly after.

i was eventually able to book quite early appointment withing 4 days, just had to generate a new link to book appointment and it showed plenty of dates, not sure what was wrong with original link

They will send new and old both passport and put cancellation stamp on old passport.
