Your date of entry in Malaysia is 20th Nov So you can fill the MDAC on 18th and put the arrival date as 20th. The system will not allow submitting the form before 18th.

Bro I am not entirely sure on this. I have found threads on tripadvisor where some people say it should be Singapore while some say it should be India. I would just to call the airline once and confirm with them, they should be able to guide you.

Interesting. You can book a dummy hotel (cancellable) and put that in the form. If you want to go outside there is no other option than getting the MDAC.

Not sure bro. Usually in such cases, you can put first name in last name as well but I will suggest you to reach out to support email to confirm on this before applying.

Malaysia is visa free for Indians till Dec 31, 2024. So what if my return ticket (malaysia to india) is on 1st Jan, 2025? Will i need visa in this case? Please clarify.
