guys here are my tips for approaching professor I got reply from most of the professors , make your CV research oriented like detailed one after your research experience and publications your skills play crucial role so work on that as well. Your email should be very unique in first para your intro and purpose of approching professor greet first. body para should be regarding little bit your research background and link it to professor research mention one relevant recent publication and relevant skills. inshAllah you all will get the response.

So, applicants should send initial documents to the professor via email. Professor will submit or recommend respective candidate to the university authority using those documents. After that, University will ask for actual documents for screening which need to be sent through postal services. Did I get it?

Hi, You can apply for Fall (October) 2024 by the end of this year if you’re graduating before October 2024. Else, you can apply for 2025 admissions.

Hi, I found this page which lists all the eligible countries: www.mext.go.jp/en/news/press/detail/sdetail/1372485.htm Unfortunately, I can't see Nigeria. But there are other funding options to come to Japan such as JICA. My suggestion is to ask your professor or the department if they have any recommendations. Thank you for stopping by my channel!!

Yes, you can but the degrees don't transfer so you will need to start from the first semester in Japan.

For MEXT UR You can only apply to 1 university only. If you apply for 2 mext ur university, both of your applications will be dismissed.

Yes, you can. For Bachelor's you do not need to reach out to a professor. Just apply directly via the University's application process.

Hi, They usually ask for your score in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics if you want to apply for erospace engineering or astronautical engineering. But I would suggest confirm with the admissions dept of the university once.

Hi, It depends on your lab whether or not they require an entrance exam. For me, the entrance exam was to be given in person. Therefore, I was admitted as a research student first for 6 months. After that, I gave the entrance exam and enrolled as a Master's student. However, some labs take an online entrance exam so you can give it from your home country. It's better to ask your lab/professor.

Hi I do not share the same academic background so I can’t mention any specific university. However, national universities in Japan are quite renowned such as University of Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Tohoku, etc. One way is to read about the labs and departments of the university and decide how well it aligns with your work. Then, you could reach out to the prof. Hope this helps.
