Hello sir, can you please guide regarding the following queries? 1. Do we have to be in the UK while applying for PSW? Can we start the application while in India and submit it when we reach the UK? 2. Do we have to stay in the UK until we receive a decision on our application? 3. What if our student visa expires and we still haven’t heard anything about the decision? What should be done in that case? 4. How long does it take to usually hear back from the UKVI office for the decision? Asking all this as I’m in India currently and need to plan my return to the UK as per your guidance to my situation. hello When i made my UKVI account, i used my passport no. When i am applying for my PSW and using the app to scan the chip on the brp, at the very end - They are saying the info we got from your doc with the chip that is brp does not match with your other details - where they are picking up my passport no which i used to create my UKVI account. What should i do?

Hello! I came to the UK with my wife in December 2022 on the study-dependent visa route. At that time my wife was on a student visa. During the studies, our 4-year-old child also came to the UK on a dependent child visa. Later, due to some personal reasons, he had to be sent to India. After some time, I also came to India to take care of him. Currently, my wife is in UK on the graduate visa route. So, if I and my baby have lived together in UK on student dependent visa and are currently in India, can we apply for a dependent graduate visa?
