I aksed the govt website that she didn't get her brp then they said she is not supposed to get brp because her visa is less than 6 months. Hello dear, ik baat btayo, mera course masters hai aur mai 1 module mai fail hu, so mere credit 165 bann rahe hai, key app bta sakte ho muje PSW mil sakta hai ja nahi. Postgraduate diploma pe PSW mile ga ja nahi.

Hello When I came to the UK my agent created a mistake about my application, he submitted my application as unmarried but that time I'm married. After my husband got the visa cleared the UKVI home office interview and now I have questions can I change my passport name ? As per my marriage certificate because my passport and all documents are my father's name. So is there any problem in PSW if I do not change my marital status in the visa application . Because my university is not changing marital status, only change the whole name. May you please guide me what I can do?

I dont think you get Graduate Visa on a course that is shorter than 1 year. So, You will not get PSW Visa.

Hi my baby is also born in uk and I can answer you this question If you have sent your baby India then you will not be able get graduate visa for him as baby photo will be needed for BRP and you need an appointment for the baby as I have just applied psw for my baby I knew this Else you cant bring your baby back here Then it totally depends upon you to mention your baby or not as At any cost if baby is in India you won't be getting PSW for your baby.

yes, you can but immigration might ask you a few questions as you will have only a few months of stay with your current visa.

Well the increase in IHS fee is taking effect from 16 of January so it’s better if you submit an application as soon as you can, do not wait till the end.
