No you can’t. 90-95% universities don’t accept it. You have to give IELTS or TOEFL score. However, if your schooling is done from ICSE/GCSE board (10th class certificate) then at least 50% universities consider it. All the best 😊

Regarding application procedure, I don't think you need to worry about that and it's a very simple procedure. In case of any doubts just email the university admission team and they will sort it out for you. Remember don't hesitate or doubt yourself. You can apply for the scholarship without offer letter but you need to put the your potential university. Once the form is filled apply to the university and get the offer letter. All the best 😊

after applying on nominating agency site and csc portal, we have to apply in the potential universities and get offer letter ? and one other question as i am applying on pak nominating agency site, and select csc and enter university it asks for sop. so sop for csc is to be given or sop for the university i mentioned? @@Studdybuddy21
