Your nclex result will automatically be uploaded on your board of nursing dashboard. Later for visa screening you will have to get validation of licensure certificate from your board of nursing.

Yes exam slots are available all around the year but you will only get to schedule ur exam within the test validity date which is mentioned in ur ATT ( you receive it in an email from pearson vue)- ATT is usually 75-90 days And yes you will have to contact agencies after you pass nclex exam

Once you submit the application and made the payment you will have to go to your nursing college and nursing council and have them fill up the forms and then submit the documents through dhl or fedex to cgfns .

There are two options. If your college is listed in cgfns then the college will just have to fill up the online form. If it is not listed then the form has to be physically mailed.
