Very nice video, and this lady is blessed with thick strong hair; a lot of thin weak hair is genetics ladies so don't fret too much; eat fresh fruits, vegetables, plant proteins, and yes use coconut, olive, avocado vitamin E or almond oils to condition your hair ovenightr with even a plastic bag over hair covered with towel. Brushing your hair gently massages and stimulates your scalp. I have thin fair hair but I still do this b/c I use a lot of product to thicken and style my hair. Good luck! Thank you for posting.

Just be careful. Don't let the oil drip over the face. It will harden and clogged up the pores causing tiny hard pimples to form. I had to stop using coconut oil because of that. Twice is enough for me.

I really love all your videos and this one was great also. My mom said my hair texture should've been more like yours. It's still long and thick, since I also have Cherokee and Blackfoot Indian in me but as a baby my grandma put baby oil in my hair! (I know omg!!) but...I have been doing this and I really like parachute coconut hair oil and I have done the champi treatment that they do in India. I see a huuuuuge difference in my hair and can actually see the texture going back the way it was suppose to be as a child before the baby oil incident. I know my grandmother meant well but my mom washed it all out of my hair after she picked me up from her house.Plus, my mom always used coconut oil on my hair as a child too and my hair would grow like wild weeds, still does. I can't use coconut oil :( It's too heavy for my hair and I only left it for like half an hour and still had to use like 4 shampoos to get it all out. If anyone has the same prob then use argan oil leave in by pro naturals. It's for after a shower and does the same as coconut oil but it's less messy and time consuming, lol
