Hi Sarika, this is the first video I saw since I made up my mind to apply for point based system in UK and I found it very helpful, thank you. I am a quality assurance specialist with around 12 years of experience at present working at a mid management level. However, my experience varies with different types of companies such as FMCG, Nutraceuticals and Medical device while I am pharmacist by qualification. Although I strongly believe my experiences have made me a good decision maker and a critical thinker, whenever I work on my CV I find it difficult to present my strengths. Hi, I am not aware of any consultancies in India.I would suggest to follow the steps mentioned in this video + 2nd video(How to apply for jobs in Europe from any part of the world : kzbin.info/www/bejne/omjNq6qprqeKrKc) and submit your CV on the site mentioned and keep applying for jobs. Just be mindful that the job prospect is dim in the UK now so don't expect to get immediate response. I think the UK economy will start opening up after 6-12 months. Hi Meena, I am really sorry but I am not sure about it. When you apply for Skilled visa(Previoulsy known as Tier 2 general visa), there is a section where they do ask questions about criminal act, so I believe you will have to fill it with the correct details.

I get daily 5 to 6 calls, but noone is ready to provide sponsorship. My skills in full stack development are very much in demand but useless if I can't switch job on skilled worker visa. Forget about interview, they don't even shortlist if I say that I need sponsorship. If I say I am eligible to work in UK, I can easily crack many interviews. So guys and girls don't be under false hopes of easily getting jobs in UK. Home office has made visa rules so tough that there is just 1 % chance someone will get sponsorship in IT industry.

Hi Yogita, What you are saying makes complete sense because due to COVID there are millions of local people who have lost jobs so of course the recruiters will be hiring people locally who don't need visas vs who need visa sponsorship.However from your detailed message , I gather that you are not following the tips from my latest Linkedin video. If you don't use the right keyword, you will be displayed 100's of results which may not be of any use to you and hence the rejection (or no call at all in your case). Hi Jansi , you can see the skillset from the National Occupational List. For example if jobs like medical is listed so you know that you need to be Doctor or Nurse. Hi Mohit, see my response to both of your questions. 1. Yes you can but make sure not be outside of UK for continuous 180 days. 2. You can switch to new employer if they issue you CoS & offer letter. No impact to previous employer as long as you inform them about your new job so that they cancel your previous CoS.

They are companies who are approved UK employers but it really depends on them if they want to issue visa or not. So always read the JD, if they say they will sponsor visa, apply else don't.

Thank you for appreciating my work and for watching my videos.Regarding Architect, I am not sure what is RIBA license and hence cannot confirm if this is mandatory. I would suggest when you apply for a job, read the Job Description(JD) and check what qualifications are they looking for. Follow the same step for 1-10 jobs. This will give you an idea of what qualifications are needed in the UK.After that you can decide how to fill those skills gaps or how to get that license. Sorry I am not able to help you more than this as I don't have an architect background. Also there is nothing called as written jobs for Shortage Occupation List. This list is just to give an idea to people that the UK got Shortage of these skills and hence if you possess such skill, your chances of getting a job in the UK is high.So again you will have to apply for jobs from the websites I have mentioned. This what written in qualifications and entry requirments. Can you explain if this needs me to have accriditation from uk institutes or no. And this will not be only for architects. But for all jobs in the list. Civil engineer will need licence and equivalrbt.. nurses too. Mechanical engineer.. i think no one from outside EU will be able to practise a job without making licence and equivalent

Hello Ma'am , I have a question please answer or make a video for the same .. Now the question is while applying for jobs in UK & filling up the JOB application form they ask you one question are you legally authorized to work in UK ?? As we all know we cannot apply for work permit until and unless we have a valid job offer from the Employer & sponsorship certificate from a licensed sponsor we can't apply for work permit . So while filling up the job application form what to answer when they are asking you "are you legally authorized to work in UK" ?? If you don't have work permit or authorization , you have to say No while applying in their job site & Employers are straight away rejecting your applications , So can you please guide me for this matter .
