HOW TO APPLY MAKEUP FOR THE GYM | NINA UBHI

Heres my tutorial on how to apply makeup for the gym! Seeing as I'm at the gym three times a week I thought I'd share a healthy way to wear makeup at the gym! In todays makeup tutorial I will show you how to apply makeup in the correct way when going to the gym and which makeup is best for when you may be working out. At the same time I know you may also want to look good so heres my video on it!

I’m a certified esthetician and I’ve been going to the gym consistently for the past 12 years, I always wear makeup. This is what I do: cleanser, serum (HA or vitamin C) and sunscreen. That’s it for skin care. I promise that you don’t need a moisturizer, specially in the summer. Makeup is cc cream or tinted serum, concealer and loose powder. That’s it. My point is that you don’t need to buy/have particular products “for the gym” just keep it simple and wash your face as soon as you finish (if you sweat a lot, if not there’s no rush). 💪🏼💪🏼

I would like to know if your face sweats while your putting on makeup how can the makeup stay on:(...I use matt foundation just a little with primer an I have hot flashes like I have been running.

Feel for you babe I'm in the same position, whilst you cannot physically cannot stop the sweat (unless you have botox) think whilst your putting makeup on if you're able to turn a fan on so you you've got a constant steam of air and if you are physically sweating, dab the sweat with a towel or tissue and wait for the heat in your body to pass. Once you've cooled down carry on with your foundation and I like to keep really cold drinks near by. Also, if again, you are able to I like getting those freezer packs you put into freezer boxes (you take the beach etc) I like putting them against my chest or back of my neck to cool me down. X
